Additionally, Core Services Group maintains a robust Facility Security posture to accommodate the government customer’s needs to support classified programs.
Program Management and Readiness Reporting
Core Services Group was organized to combine rigorous systems engineering practices with operational expertise to provide the Department of Defense (DoD) with highly specialized, quality, and cost-effective Program Management and Readiness Analysis and Reporting solutions. Our corporate structure, staffing practices, technical/analytical processes, quality management system, and contract management procedures are finely tuned to deliver the highest quality, best value engineering services to DoD operational customers.
Warfighting and Tactics Development
Core Services Group maintains a cadre of retired senior Fleet Warfighters as a ready resource to play an active, on-site role as needed in support of our portfolio of U.S. Navy technical and analytical services contracts. This cadre of Subject Matter Experts (SME) facilitates active liaison with key DoD, DoN, and Joint agencies such as the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), OPNAV, and Systems Command staffs, Navy Warfare Development Centers, and Type Commander staffs to ensure comprehensive tactical and operational solutions are delivered to our customers.
C4I & Space Systems and Employment
Core Services Group is staffed with diverse expertise to support the specialized Test & Evaluation continuum and Concept of Employment (CONEMP) development for Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) & Space systems. Our analytic team is well versed in implementing the latest test strategies including Adaptive, Relevant Testing (ART), Capabilities Based T&E (CBT&E), and Agile software development to facilitate rapid prototyping and fielding.
