Core Services Group is a long-standing leader in providing comprehensive solutions to support the Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). We proudly serve as the prime for three OPTEVFOR Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the Aviation Warfare, C4I and Space Warfare, and Advanced Programs divisions. In each case, we have assembled a diverse team of large and small businesses to provide technical, analytical, and subject matter expertise tailored to each warfare area including liaisons to associated Systems Commands, Warfare Development Centers, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Joint Service agencies.
Core Services Group is the provider of choice for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) Command, and Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific for Systems Engineering and Program Management Support (SEPMS) for readiness programs. CSG has spent the last decade developing, applying, and tuning a SEPMS-specific service model to provide meticulous technical and analytical quality, deliver exacting program management performance, and assure the satisfaction of our Government customers.
Core Services Group joins Saber Systems to provide Commander, Naval Aviation Atlantic (CNAL)/Commander, Naval Aviation Pacific (CNAP) with cutting edge technical and analytical support for all areas of readiness reporting and assessment through data analysis, metrics development, and leadership reporting. These diverse services include both high-level systems engineering and subject matter expertise. In executing these requirements, we have provided programmatic, policy, and systems engineering support to the program and technical management offices for multiple readiness and training systems including the Defense Readiness Reporting System – Navy (DRRS-N) Family of Systems (FoS)/ Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE). In addition to readiness data analysis and report generation, we apply current operational and technical system knowledge to develop and implement requirements for readiness programs including delivering training, facilitating working groups, conducting assessments of unit performance, and generating process improvement recommendations.
