Job Title: Senior Analyst-Surface Warfare Systems Test and Evaluation
Location: Norfolk, VA
   
Description: Support for Operational Test & Evaluation for Surface Warfare programs. Provides technical and analytic support to Commander, Operational Test & Evaluation Force Surface Warfare Division. Responsible for planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of structured integrated test (IT) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of U.S. Navy combat systems. Responsible for the accreditation and application of modeling and simulation (M&S), management of required databases and production of all related technical documentation. May be required to travel to attend stakeholder meetings to represent the government customer, and provide other related deliverables as necessary.
Qualifications: -Previous experience as U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer or Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist OR Defense Industry or Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) engineer or system analyst
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering preferred)
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, define short and long term goals, balance project timeline/scope/cost
-Candidates must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
-Understanding of statistical analysis
-Candidate must be a U.S. citizen
-Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance and be eligible for TOP SECRET.

Description: Support for Operational Test & Evaluation for Aviation Strike Warfare programs. Provides technical and analytic support to Commander, Operational Test & Evaluation Force Air Warfare Division. Responsible for planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of structured integrated test (IT) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of U.S. Navy combat systems. Responsible for the accreditation and application of modeling and simulation (M&S), management of required databases and production of all related technical documentation. May be required to travel to attend stakeholder meetings to represent the government customer, and provide other related deliverables as necessary.

Job Title: Senior Analyst-Aviation Strike Warfare Systems Test and Evaluation
Location: Ridgecrest, CA
   
Description: Flight Test Engineering support for Operational Test & Evaluation of  Aviation Strike Warfare systems. Provide technical and analytical support to Commander, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (AIRTEVRON) NINE (VX-9). Responsible for all aspects of planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of structured integrated test (IT) and Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of U.S. Navy Aviation Strike Warfare systems. Specific responsibilities include the accreditation and application of modeling and simulation (M&S), management of test article configuration and required test databases, scheduling of flight test events and coordination of test resources, participation in pre-flight mission planning and post flight debrief and production of all related technical documentation. Required travel to attend stakeholder meetings and support squadron test detachments.
Qualifications: -Previous experience as U.S. Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer in Tactical Aviation, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) engineer/analyst, or Defense Industry aviation system analyst
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Engineering preferred)
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, define short and long term goals, balance project timeline/scope/cost -Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing and the use of Microsoft Office
-Demonstrated understanding of test design principles and statistical data analysis
-Candidate must be a U.S. citizen 
-Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance and be eligible for TOP SECRET
