Quality Assurance program
Core Services Group’s focus is the integration of engineering skill, tactical acumen, and quality of deliverables that enables us to confidently offer our customers the leading edge solutions they deserve. Our key management and employees have decades of experience in Fleet tactical employment, analysis of complex weapons systems performance assessments, and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E) design and statistical data analysis. In addition to our superbly qualified staff, we employ a former U.S. Navy Air Systems Command program manager to provide review of company products, employee mentorship and overall quality control. We are able to ensure a high level of quality by:
  • Prompt response to customer concerns and issues
  • Maintaining effective communications to ensure responsiveness to customer requirements
  • Comprehensive program management plan – mapping out customer needs for the short and long term
  • Program support quality reviews – periodic communication with program managers, clients and CSG executive leadership to ensure responsiveness and cooperation with customers
  • Immediate problem resolution – expeditious action to understand, communicate and rapidly resolve problems with clients and service providers
